Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting
The Australian Aerobatic Club hereby gives notice of the 2024 AGM.
The meeting will be held on
Thursday 29 February 2023 at 19:30 hrs Eastern Daylight Savings Time

The current National Committee will stand for re-election, with some exceptions. The Committee nominees are:
- Peter Townsend (President)
- David Campbell (Secretary)
- Raymond Pearson (Treasurer)
- Russell Snyed (Club Captain)
- Cassandra Moeller (Ordinary Member)
- Paul Bennet (Ordinary Member)
Agenda, Nomination and Proxy forms are available on the AAC website, and forms must be received by the Secretary no later than 17:00 hours on Tues 27 February 2024.
Only financial members are eligible to propose, second and nominate for a position on the AAC Committee.
Any motions to be considered at the AGM must be lodged with the Secretary no later than Friday 23 March 2024.
Financial Members not attending the AGM may nominate a financial proxy in writing which must be lodged with the Secretary at least 48hrs prior to the meeting.
